STARC4SYS S.R.L. proudly participated in the recent ISOA Conference held in Bucharest between September 15–17, 2025. This prestigious event brought together a select group of leading companies in the U.S. defense industry. The conference’s primary focus was on the significance of fostering public-private partnerships to support European security and stability, particularly in light of the current geopolitical landscape.

The discussions at the conference covered various topics, including the SAFE/ReArm Europe program, the strategic importance of the Black Sea from an economic, social, political, and military standpoint, the development of the European defense industry, industrial cooperation for dual-use technologies, support for Ukraine’s reconstruction, and the necessity for a unified and resolute response to ensure the collective security of EU and NATO member states.
